Elkhart’s eastside gets new path, network for cyclists, pedestrians growing

A new bike path has taken shape in Elkhart.

It’s only a segment, but taken together with other segments constructed previously and more in the works, a network is starting to evolve in eastern Elkhart. That’s good news for pedestrians, cyclists and boosters who tout the importance of such things as a quality-of-life issue.
